Zions Bank Vice President of Public Finance Alan Westenskow was honored at the Dec. 1 Holladay City Council meeting for his efforts in representing the city in a bond refinance transaction. Mayor Dennis Webb read a resolution honoring Westenskow and presented him with a framed plaque.
