State legislators planning town hall meeting

A town hall meeting with five members of the Utah State Legislature will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at Churchill Junior High, 3450 East Oakview Drive (4275 South). Legislators will include Senator Patricia Jones, District 4, and representatives Carol Spackman Moss, District 37; Lynn Hemingway, District 40; Patrice Arent, District 36; and Brian King, District 28. The meeting will be held in the school’s auditorium from 6:30-8 p.m.

KSL’s Doug Wright will be the moderator. They encourage people to come and express their concerns and opinions on issues before the upcoming legislative session which begins on Jan. 23.
