Gordon Poulson is the owner and says he got interested in the business after his kids had some in California. He knew immediately that Utah needed Top Its unique approach to frozen yogurt.

About three times a week, Top It changes the daily 10 flavors, mixing things up a bit and giving seasonal offerings. It always has the Original Tart and Alpine Vanilla flavors ready for customers to mix in their favorite toppings, and also offers a daily no sugar added flavor and a dairy free sorbet. Gordon says the tart flavor is a fan favorite because it has a very distinct yogurt taste, is less sweet and pairs very well with Top Its fresh fruit.
Some of Top Its most popular flavors aren’t your average yogurt choices. Cake Batter, Key Lime Tart and Samoa Girl Scout Cookie are customer favorites. The Samoa has chocolate, caramel and shredded coconut swirled into the yogurt base -- Gordon says it’s one of the most popular flavors they offer.
But the fun doesn’t stop with the yogurt flavors. Top It has more than 40 different toppings guest can use to customize their yogurt. Top It never uses frozen fruit and purchases the freshest produce at local markets to ensure its high standards.
Everything is self serve at Top It and weighed at the register. Guests are charged .38 cents per ounce for their flavor creations. Guests can mix and match their favorite yogurts flavors and get creative with the toppings to create a truly original treat.

In addition to the traditional topping favorites like gummy bears, Oreo cookies, graham cracker crumbs, and sprinkles, Top It offers guests the chance to step outside of the box with toppings like trail mix, Captain Crunch cereal, cookie dough, along with the freshest seasonal toppings such as candy canes around Christmas, and juice poppers.
