Crosswalk installed for pedestrian access to Mountview Park

A pedestrian-activated crosswalk has been installed on the access point of Mountview Park, allowing residents to get to the park more directly.

Resident passion soars at town hall meeting

Residents gathered at city hall for a town hall meeting to discuss current issues and future solutions for Wasatch Boulevard. Many of the residents in attendance live in residential areas around the boulevard and are concerned about the increased traffic. BYU students facilitated the meeting and are working to compile the information that was gathered to publish on the city website.

Business owner basics

During the month of October, Cottonwood Heights hosted the annual business boot camp series. Matthias Miller discussed creating a business strategy on Oct 6. Jaelynn Jenkins defined the different types of businesses and helped resident business owners define their legal entity on Oct. 13. Bill Hilliard discussed the different types of small business loans on Oct 20.
